Camera Security Now Surveillance Video Central on National TV News Story

The security camera system was also installed and is currently being maintained by Camera Security Now, a nationwide surveillance camera service.

Local to National in 1 Day

On December 7, 2005, local TV News from Channels 3,9 and 2 in Cincinnati, Ohio played the surveillance video clip of Lt. Wayne Bowling tasering a 68-year-old resident who was resisting arrest. Nationally, Fox News was ran the story on December 8, 2005.

The video being circulated on the internet is only a fraction of the video that the police station was recording that night. Their security camera system can be connected to 16 cameras totals per server. The server was a GeoVision GV-800 with 120 Frames Per Second Recording speed.
 

Cameras are typically located in interview rooms, jail cells, lobby (seen here), parking lot and all entrances/exits. The Franklin police department, most likely, will have plenty of evidence beyond the few seconds of video seen on the net.
