Step 2: We Prepare An Estimate
Our representatives will work with you to understand your needs and budget, and prepare a proposal
for your security system. We can install your security system, or just provide the hardware
and you can install it yourself. For installation quotes, we will need to perform a site
visit. We also offer virtual site visits to save you time by not having to wait for our specialist to come to you.
Step 3: We Can Service & Upgrade Your Existing System
If you have an existing system, we are able to service and upgrade most brands with our new cameras and video
recorders due to their open compatibility. With this ability, upgrading to a digital system is affordable and easy! We promise to provide the most practical solution,
whether that’s just repairing or replacing just one camera or cable, integrating a hybrid
system with both your existing cameras and some new cameras, or a completely new installation.
Step 4: Professional Installation, Speedy Service
Installation typically begins within a week or two of quote approval, and if you are in a hurry,
can often happen faster than that! How long the installation takes to complete varies by
size. Most installations typically are completed within 2 or 3 business days, while some
are completed the same day and others take a week or two. After the installation we will
give you a chance to review all of your camera views, and provide training on how to use
the system. We strive to make sure all of your questions are answered and concerns are addressed,
if at any time you are not completely satisfied with your installation team, please let us
