Eligibility. All legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 18 or older are elibigle to enter the Flip Into Summer Giveaway. Employees of CFR, Inc., their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, sibilings, children and grandchildren), and CFR, Inc. affliates are not eligible to enter the Flip Into Summer Giveaway.
Mailing List. By entering the Flip Into Summer Giveaway you agree that you may be contacted by CFR, Inc. and its affiliates with promotional and other material. You may opt-out of receiving future emails from CFR, Inc. at any time after you receive a promotional email.
Prize. Two winners will be selected, and each will receive a black 4GB Flip MinoHD Video Camera.
Prize Drawing. The potential prize winner will be selected at a random drawing to be held on or about 12:00 P.M. EST May 25, 2012. We will notify the potential winner by phone or e-mail within 72 business hours following the drawing, and he or she will be required to sign an Eligibility Statement and Release. We will select an alternative winner if the potential winner does not sign and return the Eligibility Statement and Release within 72 hours of notification, or does not meet the eligibility requirements. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning as of 5/22/2012 1:15:53 PM are 1 in 3524 per entry.
Additional Terms. We reserve the right, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, to change these rules or cancel the Flip Into Summer Giveaway at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Flip Into Summer Giveaway should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt to impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Flip Into Summer Giveaway or submission of entries.
