Warranty & Replacement Policies


Warranty Policy

  • Labor Guarantee: We provide a 90-day labor guarantee for our installation services. If there are any issues related to the installation, please contact us within 90 days of the installation date, and we will send our technicians to address the issue free of charge.
  • Manufacturer's Warranty: We provide only the manufacturer's warranty for the security camera hardware. The length and terms of the warranty vary depending on the brand and model of the hardware. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for details. Removal and return of malfunctioning hardware is the responsibility of the client.
  • Limitations: Our warranty policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by power surges. Our warranty policy also does not cover any damages or losses resulting from theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. Our warranty policy does not cover any accessories or additional components that were not purchased from Camera Security Now.
  • Claims: To file a claim under our warranty policy, please contact us at service@camerasecuritynow.com and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and determine whether it is covered under our warranty policy. Warranty returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be issued in advance by Camera Security Now. Returned items without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

  • All returned products must be clearly marked on its packing slip with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are issued by your Camera Security Now sales rep.
  • Products arriving without an RMA number will not be accepted. An unopened new product needs to be received by Camera Security Now within 30 days of the Invoice date to receive full credit. To receive full credit the original manufacturer's packing must be in resalable condition and cannot be marked on or have any shipping labels affixed directly to it. Returns of opened and properly functioning products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Defective products must be received by Camera Security Now within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or replacement. Credit or replacement of the defective product is not issued or shipped until Camera Security Now is in receipt of the defective product. All return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A defective product received after 30 days of invoice date will be repaired/replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
